Commands in the “Never to Classify”
Folder
You move a document to the Never to Classify folder if you do not want to classify the document in any category of a taxonomy.
Each taxonomy has
its own Never to Classify folder. It is displayed in the Taxonomy Explorer iView under the root folder of each
taxonomy (/taxonomies/<indexname>/
<taxonomyname>/Never
to Classify).
You can also find this folder in the
classification
inbox.

If more than one taxonomy is assigned to an index, you can classify a document in a taxonomy and move it to folder Never to Classify in another taxonomy.
You can upload documents to folder Never to Classify or create them online in this folder. The system stores the documents in the taxonomy data repository and marks them with status Never to Classify.
If there are further taxonomies under the index, read the comments in the section Uploading and Creating Documents under Commands for Documents.
If you choose the Delete command for a document in the Never to Classify folder, the system sets the status of the document to To be Classified.
