Versioning 

Use

Versions are not just changes made to a folder object, for example, to a document or note. A version is a snapshot of the contents of folder objects at a particular point in time. You can also change the contents of a folder object without creating a new version, unless this version is protected.

However, if you want to save the current contents for later reference, we recommend that you create a new version before making any changes.

Versions of documents and notes that the user has already read are displayed in the corresponding overview with a green tick.

The folder objects discussion and bookmark do not support versioning.
