Editing Protected Versions 

Procedure

Objects in cFolders that have a status may have the Version Protected indicator set. These objects can be edited; when you save any changes that you make, however, the system creates a new version of the object. The original version cannot be changed. If the object is a document, the system creates a new version when you save your changes or when you check in the document.
