Landscape Definitions 
Use
You use System Landscape Definitions to configure and manage the systems supported by Content Management (CM). Each system in the CM System Landscape is defined by its name, type, description, and parameters.
Prerequisites
The System Landscape Service is activated.

In the CM system landscape, you can configure the following systems:
Activities
If you want to integrate one of the listed systems into CM, you need to define it first. To do this, select the corresponding system under Content Management ® Global Services ® System Landscape Definitions ® Systems.
After you have created a system, you have to choose the System ID in the configuration of the corresponding repository manager. To use the default proxy system, you must activate the Use System Default Proxy Settings parameter.
