Commands in the Folder “Documents to be
Classified”
You use this folder as the worklist for documents that are classified in a certain taxonomy. In this folder the system displays documents that were not assigned to any category of a taxonomy during automatic classification. You can also move documents to this folder manually.
Each taxonomy has
its own Documents to be Classified folder. It is displayed in the Taxonomy Explorer iView under the root folder of each
taxonomy (/taxonomies/<indexname>/
<taxonomyname>/Documents
to be Classified).
You can also find this folder in the
classification
inbox.
You can upload documents to folder Documents to be Classified or create them online in this folder. The system stores the documents in the taxonomy data repository and marks them with status To be Classified.
If there are further taxonomies under the index, read the comments in the section Uploading and Creating Documents under Commands for Documents.
You can only delete a document in the Documents to be Classified folder if it is not assigned to any category in any taxonomy. The system physically deletes the document from the repository. Whether the document is stored in the taxonomy data repository or in a different repository is of no importance.
This is the only way to physically delete documents in taxonomies.
