Use

The message store contains all the messages that are received by the Data Orchestration Engine (DOE) for processing. In addition, the message store provides various troubleshooting options that you can use to troubleshoot messages and subsequently reprocess them. As a result, if some messages are not processed successfully, you can analyze such messages and perform the required troubleshooting tasks before you reprocess them.

Prerequisites

You have logged on to the SAP NetWeaver Mobile Administrator.

Procedure

       1.      Choose Monitoring.

You can search for messages based on the following:

¡        SWCV name

¡        Data object

¡        Message Status

¡        User

¡        Message ID

In addition, you can use the Advanced Search option that provides additional parameters to search for the required messages.

       2.      Enter the required search criteria and choose Go.

If an error occurs during the processing of a message, the state of the message is indicated using the red light. If you select any message, the details of the message along with the receivers and errors (if any) are displayed below the search results.

You can troubleshoot the messages (if required) based on the available troubleshooting options.
