Use

The message store contains all the messages that are received by the Data Orchestration Engine (DOE) for processing. If during the processing of a message, an error occurs and the message is not processed by the DOE, you can reprocess the same from the message store. The message store provides various troubleshooting options using which you can troubleshoot the message and subsequently reprocess the message.

Procedure

Note

You do not need to perform the following steps in a sequence.

       1.      View the troubleshooting information associated with the message.

       2.      View the logs and traces associated with the message.

       3.      View the restart history of the message.

       4.      Compare the contents of the message with the contents of the corresponding message in the CDS.

       5.      Modify the message based on your requirement.

       6.      Check the consistency of the message.

       7.      Reprocess the message.

       8.      You can also delete the message (if required).
