Reprocessing a Message from the Message Store 

Use

If during the processing of a message, an error occurs and the message is not processed by the DOE, you can reprocess the same from the message store. In this case, you may have to compare the content of the message with the content of the corresponding message in the CDS and modify the message in the message store before reprocessing it.

You can reprocess multiple messages at a time and the reprocessing occurs synchronously.

Prerequisites

You have searched for the required messages by using the simple or advanced search option.

We recommend that you check the consistency of messages before you start reprocessing.

Procedure

Select the required message and choose Restart Message.
