After selecting the collections that you want to assign for translation, you need to select the translator(s) to whom you want to assign the collections.

If you want to remove collections from translators' assignments you also need to select the translators in question.

Recommendation Recommendation

For performance reasons as well as to enable a clear overview, we recommend that you avoid multiple assignments. In short, assign each relevant collection to one translator per target language.

End of the recommendation.

Prerequisites

  • The user(s) to whom you want to assign collections are created as translators in LXE_MASTER.

  • Your translator profile includes the authorization USCO with value 01.

  • You are defined as a coordinator for all languages.

  • You have selected the collections that you want to assign. For more information, see Selecting Collections.

Procedure

After selecting the collections you want to assign, choose Continue.

The Translators dialog box appears.

Selecting translators in the Translators dialog box consists of 1 or 2 steps:

  1. Selecting translators according to one or more selection criteria.

  2. Fine-tuning the selection you made in step 1 (this step is optional)
