Procedure documentationAssigning Collections to a Translation Graph Locate this document in the navigation structure

After defining a translation graph, you need to assign collections to it. Only collections that are assigned to an active graph arrive in the worklists and statistics for the target languages defined in the graph.

Prerequisites

  • You have defined a translation graph for the target language(s) into which you want to translate these collections.

  • Your translator profile includes the authorization COGA with the value 01, and the authorization COSE with the value 01.

Procedure

  1. Call up transaction LXE_MASTER.

  2. On the Langs tab page, choose Collections.

The Select Graph dialog box appears.

  3. Double-click the translation graph to which you want to assign collections.

The Collections dialog box appears. All of the collections that are already assigned to this translation graph are listed here.

  4. Choose Add Collections.

    The Collections dialog box appears.

  5. Select the collections that you want to assign to this translation graph. For more information on how to select collections in the Collections dialog box, see Selecting Collections.

    Caution Caution

A collection can only be assigned to one translation graph. If you select a collection that is already assigned to another graph it will be removed from that graph and jump to this one.

    End of the caution.
  6. Choose Continue.

  7. Choose Save (Save).

Result

The collections you selected are assigned to the translation graph. Objects belonging to these collections will arrive in the worklists and statistics for the target languages defined in this graph when you run an evaluation.
