Short and long descriptions

The short description can be assigned as quickinfo to an interface element. The short description defined in R/3 in the past and the long description that was displayed in a popup box as F1 help are not considered to be meaningful for Web applications. See also: Application Help.

One of the field labels can be defined for an input field and displayed as its name. See also: Field Label.
