Tutorial: Creating a Service Order Application 

Task

In the following tutorial, you are introduced step-by-step to the tasks involved in creating a mobile application for laptop. The tutorial starts by explaining the scenario for which you create the application. Then it explains the processes and steps for creating the application.

Objectives

By the end of this tutorial, you must be able to:

·        Create a mobile application for laptop

·        Import data objects from the Data Orchestration Engine (DOE)

·        Define queries using the Query Editor

·        Create components, views and models in the application

·        Define a navigational schema for the views

·        Define context binding in the application

·        Build, deploy and run the application

Installations and Configurations

       1.      Install the SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio on the development workstation.

       2.      Install the mobile client for laptop on the development workstation.

The mobile client for laptop is available with the installation files.

       3.      Configure the settings of the mobile client for laptop to connect with the Data Orchestration Engine (DOE).
