Setting Criteria for Raised Events

 

Use

By default, EH logs all events except those with the name SAP_END_OF_JOB. To make the event history log events different from the default setting, or to prevent event history from growing too big, you can configure it to log only events that match certain criteria defined by you.

You define this criteria for the raised events in the Criteria Manager (CM).

This section explains the concepts in the Criteria Manager and outlines the procedures you need to follow to define your own criteria for the events which are to be logged in the event history.
