Procedure

  1. Locate the ruleset (Where is my ruleset?), expand the ruleset node, expand the Decision Tables folder and in the context menu of a decision table node, choose Copy.

    or

    Locate the flow ruleset (Where is my flow ruleset?) , expand the flow ruleset node, the Decision Tables folder and in the context menu of the decision table node choose Copy.

    If you want to copy more than one decision table, in the context menu of the Decision Tables folder choose Copy.

  2. In the context menu of the Decision Tables folder in a ruleset or flow ruleset, choose Paste.

Note Note

  • You can copy and paste decision tables across DCs

  • When you make copies of a decision table in a single ruleset, you can identify the copied version of the decision table using prefix Copy of. For instance when you copy and paste a Decision Table called “DiscountTable” in a single ruleset, “Copy of DiscountTable” gets created

  • If the decision table you copy uses definitions, then the definitions are also copied if you copy and paste the decision table within a single ruleset.

  • If you copy paste a decision table from one ruleset to another ruleset, then you must create the required definitions in the target ruleset
