The Services Registry wizard enables you to locate a service that is published to the Services Registry and use that service as a source of data in your model.

You display the Services Registry wizard by choosing Services Registry in the Search in dropdown list in the Search task panel, and then clicking the Search... button.

When searching for a service using the Services Registry wizard, the following screens are displayed:

  1. Services Registry Wizard: Find Service

  2. Services Registry Wizard: Select Definition

  3. Services Registry Wizard: Select Endpoint

Note Note

If you are accessing the Services Registry wizard from Visual Composer within NetWeaver Developer Studio, an additional screen is displayed when the wizard opens, in which you enter your User name and Password to log on to the Services Registry.
