Use

Following are the enhanced features in Visual Composer for CE:

·        New predefined actions

The following new predefined actions are now available in the Define Action dialog box: Copy Row(s), Move Row(s), Clear, Find Row, Sort, Prompt, Trigger Transition.

·        Define control alignment

The Indent field has been added to the Configure task panel for form view elements, enabling you to choose how to align controls.

·        Show or hide table header rows

The Header row field has been added to the Configure task panel for table view elements, enabling you to choose whether to show or hide the table header row.

·        Map Data dialog box enhancements

When mapping clustered datasets, the Map Data dialog box has an improved design and a new toolbar, making it easier to map and unmap nodes.

·        Enhanced support for clustered datasets in entry lists

In the Configure Output step of the Entry List wizard, if the data service output port contains a clustered dataset, you can choose the cluster node whose values you want to use for the entry list. Previously, you could only use the root node of the clustered dataset.

·        Specify default runtime for new models

The Default runtime field has been added to the Compiler group of the Options pane, enabling you to specify the default runtime provider for all new models.

·        Define custom settings for the component cache

New options have been added in the Performance group of the Options pane, enabling you to define custom settings for the component cache, including how many components to store in the cache and how to handle cache overflow.

·        Display prompt before renaming or deleting fields

The Prompt before rename/delete field checkbox has been added to the Design group of the Options pane, enabling you to specify that a confirmation prompt be displayed when you rename or delete a field in the Define Data dialog box.

·        Display prompt when changing the runtime for a component

The Warn before changing runtime checkbox has been added to the Compiler group of the Options pane, enabling you to specify that a confirmation prompt be displayed when you change the runtime for a specific component (in the Configure task panel).
