Getting Started 

SAP NetWeaver Voice is a development and runtime environment. It provides you with the Visual Composer Voice Kit for creating and deploying voice applications. You use the Voice Kit to develop applications that allow customers and employees to interact with SAP or non-SAP solutions from a telephone.

Voice-enabled application users do not require Internet connectivity or special mobile devices.

Use voice applications to:

●      Take advantage of telephone communication everywhere and at any time

●      Eliminate paper-based transactions to increase efficiency

●      Reduce the dependency on mobile devices, computers, and Internet access

●      Provide easy-to-use business transactions to reach more users
