You use the Visual Composer Voice Kit to model, deploy, test, and validate voice-enabled applications. The Visual Composer is a NetWeaver portal application and runs on your browser in the Composition Environment (CE).
NetWeaver Voice extends the capabilities of the Visual Composer to enable modeling of voice applications. It provides a complete codeless implementation of a fully interactive voice-enabled application.
The Voice Kit includes these features:
● Back-end access (general Visual Composer feature)
● Data manipulations (extended Visual Composer feature)
● Dialog elements (Voice Kit specific feature)
● Dialog flow (Voice Kit specific feature)
The Voice Kit also provides general Visual Composer support for:
· Search
You use this function to locate back-end services of various types and voice component models.
· Deploy
You use this function to deploy a model to the runtime environment.
· Debug
You use this function to view information that provides insights into the model's runtime behavior.
You do not have to be an experienced voice-application designer, nor do you have to be familiar with the VoiceXML programming language to model a voice application.

The Voice Kit introduces a set of voice-specific entities, displayed in the Design View task panel, that can be configured for the required behaviors. These entities are connected in the workspace by lines.
In the Voice Kit these lines represent the flow of control or sequence, not the flow of data as in other Visual Composer kits.

The Visual Composer Storyboard desktop is a client-side, browser-based interactive graphical user interface that provides all the tools required for modeling applications. The Visual Composer Voice Kit uses the Visual Composer Storyboard to perform all modeling tasks.
You should be familiar with the Visual Composer Storyboard desktop.
