Use

The following additional features are available in Guided Procedures (GP) design time and runtime:

·        Notification of task assignment

You can define and configure notifications to inform users about approaching activity deadlines. There are two new types of notifications:

¡        On Assign –  whenever you want to inform a user that a task has been assigned to him or her.

¡        On Deassign – whenever you want to inform a user that a task has been removed from his or her worklist and assigned to a different user.

·        Background callable object impersonation and order of role assignment

The order in which users are assigned to a process role at process initiation is important to the extent that the first user in the list is always used for impersonation whenever the relevant step is a background callable object.

·        Visibility of attachments at activity and process level

At runtime, you can view the attachments of a specific action, as well as the attachments of all its parent activities.
