Uploading ChangesLocate this document in the navigation structure

Context

When you make changes to a ruleset, you upload the changes to the repository. After you upload the changes, you need to activate the active version of the ruleset in the rules manager to view the changes in the rules manager.

Procedure

  1. In the Rules Navigator view, choose Upload .

    The Upload Project view opens in the Editor Window and displays all the entities (rulesets, flow rulesets, enumeration types) that have changed.

  2. Select the entities that you want to save in the repository.
  3. Enter comments.
    Note

    You need to select the Activate changes check box to view the active version of the ruleset in the rules manager. Active version indicates the version of the ruleset

    The Activate changes check box is active only if you have authorization to approve or change the active version of the ruleset. For more information, see Setting a Role to Approve a Ruleset .

  4. Choose the Upload button.
