Features

The iView serves as a container for displaying the document overview. It does not contain any of its own interface elements and merely refers to the layout set that influences the KM user interface in Knowledge Management .

Integration

This iView is not related to any other iViews.

Prerequisites

You have installed the required software components. See Business Package for DMS Connector for KM .

The portal user requires the standard authorizations for document management (application component CA-DMS).

Optional Settings

Knowledge Management

You can tailor the editing process to the requirements of your enterprise by making the following settings for Content Management :

In the Repository Manager settings, you can influence how documents and document-based structures are edited using the connector.
In the Layout Set settings, you can configure the user interface (document overview and detail screen).
In the Global Services settings, you can change the defined structure of the detail screen, as required.

Personalization

In the Repository Manager settings, you can specify which properties (document data) are to be displayed in the document overview.
