The main output list of the Electronic Data Transmission to Authorities administration report lists the returns for each organization and period. From the detailed list, you can change the external amounts for the tax amounts or tax base amounts for the electronic advance return for tax on sales/purchases or add new IDs.
Any changes made are saved in separate table fields. You can only make changes to returns with the status New .
You are in the detail display of a return.
The following three functions are available:
Change Tax Amounts
Select the line of the ID the amount of which you want to change.
Choose ( ) with the quick info text Change Tax Amounts .
Enter the amount that you want to add to the ID in the External Amount field.
If you change the reporting amounts, the tax payable is not automatically adjusted. You can adjust the tax payable or reimbursement manually by placing your cursor on the line Sales/Purchases Tax Payable/Reimbursement (ID 83) and again choosing ( ) with the quick info text Change Tax Amounts .
Enter the difference of the tax payable resulting from the change.
If the changes result in a reimbursement from a tax payable or the other way round, you will be requested in a dialog box to manually set the ID 29 (clearing of reimbursement amount) and 26 (cancel automatic debit authorization).
The changed reporting amounts are displayed behind the reporting amounts that were determined by the system in the External Amount column. The total reporting amount is displayed behind both of them.
Add New ID
Choose ( ) with the quick info text Add ID
Enter the following in the dialog box:
ID
Amount
Whether it is a base amount or a tax amount
Tax type
Delete ID
Select the ID that you want to delete.
You can only delete IDs that were added manually.
Choose ( ) with the quick info text Delete ID.
Save your changes.
You have changed the return amounts. The date, time and user of the changes are saved in the return. You can display this information once you have set the Change Information in Detail Screen indicator on the selection screen of the administration report.
If you then call up the taxes on sales/purchases report for the same settlement period, the external amounts that have been entered manually are transferred to the new return. This is also the case if you have corrected a return that has not yet been transferred and for a corrected return.
