
The results list contains all entries in the terminology database that match your search criteria. The title bar displays the number of results.
You can perform the following actions on the results list screen:
Display the complete terminology concept information by selecting the entry and
choosing
Display Term Concept.

Display existing glossary entries and comment/source texts by choosing the relevant symbols in the results list:
To display a glossary entry in SAPscript, choose
Glossary Entry in SAPscript.
To display a glossary entry in HTML format, choose
Glossary Entry in HTML.
To display the comment/source texts, choose
Source/Comment Exists.
To display the entry note, choose
Display Entry Note.
Edit a term by selecting the entry and choosing
Edit Entry.

Identify which objects have a link to a glossary entry by selecting the entry and
choosing
Where-Used List.
To remove any duplicate entries in the database, call the where-used list to perform standardization or cleanup actions. You must inform colleagues who have created links to entries that are to be deleted. You colleagues can then reset the links to the correct entry.
Toggle between the entry class and term status of the results in your results list
by choosing either
Display Status or Without
Status.
Display definitions of all the icons in the results list by choosing Legend.
You can further define the display of terms in the results list by using the functions in the status bar, the menus, or the context menu. The following functions are available:
To toggle between monolingual and multilingual results, choose
Monolingual List or
Multilingual List.
To display status of terms as icon or text, choose . When displayed as an icon, the status of a term appears as a traffic light. When displayed as text, the status of a term is represented by a number. For more information about the term status, see Displaying and Maintaining Term Status.
To sort entries (cursor must be positioned on the appropriate column), choose
Sort in Ascending Order or
Sort in Descending Order.
To display translated/non-translated entries, use the secondary mouse key to open the context menu and select either Display Translated Entries Only or Display Non-Translated Entries Only as required.
To display status 3 terms only, use the secondary mouse key to open the context menu and select Display Only Status 3 in Target Lang..
To display status 1 and 2 terms only, use the secondary mouse key to open the context menu and select Display Only Status 1&2 in Target Lang..
The following additional functions are available to SAPterm superusers only:
Set all terms to status 3 by choosing .
Set all status 3 terms to status 2 by choosing .
