You can create and change routings and rate routings in ERP. If these routings match the defined filter criteria, they can be distributed in an integrated MES scenario by means of the DRF functions. The corresponding routings are then created in SAP ME.
Distribution of routings is triggered, as for all master data, in the transaction Execute Data Replication (DRFOUT). You can make an initial distribution of the selected routings or only transfer the plans that have been changed since the last replication.
In Customizing, choose
. Here, you will find a BAdI for adjusting the IDoc LOIROU03.You have created and activated a replication model that contains the outbound implementation for the routing (223_1).
Integration of routings has been realized as follows:
Work Instructions
If you have attached work instructions to the routing for an operation as production resources/tools, these will also be taken into account during distribution and transferred to the MES with the IDoc. A URL provides you with access to the originals that are linked to the documents. You can also use this URL to call up documents that are stored in the SAP vault of document management or in a network directory.
Confirmation
Routings that have operations with milestone confirmation or for which manual confirmation is not permitted are, by default, not transferred to the MES for data consistency reasons. You can control this system behavior using the message CO_MES_INT 042.
The changed or deleted routing alternative is also transferred to the MES by means of an IDoc.
As an alternative to this procedure, you can also create and change routings directly in SAP ME and then transfer these routings to ERP (see Integration of ME Routings).
