User Maintenance 
You use this activity to create and change accounts for users working with the system (see User and Creating User Accounts).
This activity also allows you to do the following:
Assign users to user groups
Note
You can also do that in User Group Maintenance.
Assign users to existing work centers (see Work Center)
Override user-related system rule settings
Enter custom data values (see Custom Data)
If you use the Labor Tracking component (see Labor Tracking), you can do the following:
Assign a user as a supervisor over a cost center (see Cost Center)
Override labor rule settings for users
