The primary interface between the shop floor operator and the database containing the manufacturing data.

The Production Operator Dashboard (POD) is used to process product that is being manufactured on the shop floor.

 

Using the * (default) POD, operators can process SFC numbers by one of the following:

  • SFC number

  • Multiple SFC numbers

  • Process lot

  • Shop order

  • Material

  • Material/version

Structure

The following functional pushbuttons appear on the default Standard POD:

  • Start

  • Complete

  • Log NC

  • Sign Off

  • Activities

  • Reports
