You use this activity to display a real-time warning on the POD when an SPC warning occurs on data collection.

Rules

The following table describes rules and settings that you can change for this activity in Activity Maintenance:

HOLD_OPERATION

YES (default): Places the operation on hold when the real-time warning event occurs

NO: Does not place the operation on hold when the real-time warning event occurs

HOLD_OPERATION_STATUS

HOLD_SPC_WARN_O (default): When the operation is on hold, places the operation in a Hold SPC Warning status

201: When the operation is on hold, places the operation in a Releasable status

202: When the operation is on hold, places the operation in a Frozen status

203: When the operation is on hold, places the operation in an Obsolete status

204: When the operation is on hold, places the operation in a Hold status

205: When the operation is on hold, places the operation in a New status

HOLD_CONSEC_NC_O: When the operation is on hold, places the operation in a Hold Consecutive NC status

HOLD_YIELD_RATE_O: When the operation is on hold, places the operation in a Hold Yield Rate status

HOLD_SPC_WARN_O: When the operation is on hold, places the operation in a Hold SPC Warning status

HOLD_RESOURCE

YES (default): Places the resource on hold when the real-time warning event occurs

NO: Does not place the resource on hold when the real-time warning event occurs

HOLD_RESOURCE_STATUS

HOLD_SPC_WARN_R (default): When the resource is on hold, places the resource in a Hold SPC Warning status

0: When the resource is on hold, places the resource in an Unknown status

1: When the resource is on hold, places the resource in a Productive status

2: When the resource is on hold, places the resource in a Standby status

3: When the resource is on hold, places the resource in an Engineering status

4: When the resource is on hold, places the resource in a Scheduled Down status

5: When the resource is on hold, places the resource in an Unscheduled Down status

6: When the resource is on hold, places the resource in a Non-Scheduled status

301: When the resource is on hold, places the resource in an Enabled status

302: When the resource is on hold, places the resource in a Disabled status

303: When the resource is on hold, places the resource in a Hold status

HOLD_CONSEC_NC_R: When the resource is on hold, places the resource in a Hold Consecutive NC status

HOLD_YLD_RATE_R: When the resource is on hold, places the resource in a Hold Yield Rate status

HOLD_SPC_VIOL_R: When the resource is on hold, places the resource in a Hold SPC Violation status

RELEASE_OPERATION

YES (default): Releases the operation from hold when the real-time warning event log occurs

NO: Does not release the operation from hold when the real-time warning event log occurs

RELEASE_OPERATION_STATUS

201 (default): When the operation is removed from hold, places the operation in a Releasable status

202: When the operation is on hold, places the operation in a Frozen status

203: When the operation is on hold, places the operation in an Obsolete status

204: When the operation is on hold, places the operation in a Hold status

205: When the operation is on hold, places the operation in a New status

HOLD_CONSEC_NC_O: When the operation is on hold, places the operation in a Hold Consecutive NC status

HOLD_YIELD_RATE_O: When the operation is on hold, places the operation in a Hold Yield Rate status

HOLD_SPC_WARN_O: When the operation is on hold, places the operation in a Hold SPC Warning status

HOLD_SPC_VIOL_O: When the operation is on hold, places the operation in a Hold SPC Violation status

RELEASE_RESOURCE

YES (default): Releases the resource from hold when the real-time warning event log occurs

NO: Does not release the resource from hold when the real-time warning event log occurs

RELEASE_RESOURCE_STATUS

301 (default): When the resource is removed from hold, places the resource in an Enabled status

0: When the resource is on hold, places the resource in an Unknown status

1: When the resource is on hold, places the resource in a Productive status

2: When the resource is on hold, places the resource in a Standby status

3: When the resource is on hold, places the resource in an Engineering status

4: When the resource is on hold, places the resource in a Scheduled Down status

5: When the resource is on hold, places the resource in an Unscheduled Down status

6: When the resource is on hold, places the resource in a Non-Scheduled status

302: When the resource is on hold, places the resource in a Disabled status
