Real-Time Warning

A notification to the appropriate manufacturing personnel that planned conditions have not been met at an operation. With this information, personnel can analyze and address the problem at the operation as quickly as possible.

You define real-time warnings in Real-Time Warnings Maintenance activity (see Real Time Warnings Maintenance).

You can associate a real-time warnings event type with a specific event activity in Event Maintenance on the Event Types tab page (see Event Maintenance).

You can set specific event activity rules for the following activities:

CONSEC_NC_HOLD_REL (see RTW Consecutive NC Hold/Release)
SPC_VIOL_HOLD_REL (see SPC Violation Hold/Release)
SPC_WARN_HOLD_REL (see SPC Warning Hold/Release)
YIELD_HOLD_REL (see RTW Yield Hold/Release)
