PCA Dashboard provides access to various functions in the test, inspection, analysis, and repair cycle of a material (see PCA Dashboard). To accommodate each of these tasks, PCA Dashboard has five modes in which it can operate. Depending on the mode, the PCA Dashboard screen content and the ability to input information differs.

Depending on your particular requirements, you can configure the display of PCA Dashboard to focus on one of the following operation modes:

Mode

Description

Test

You use this mode to do the following:

  • Pass or fail SFC numbers

  • Apply NC codes to indicate the results

Analysis

You use this mode to do the following:

  • View material failure information generated by a testing station

  • Specify the nonconformance that caused the failure

  • Recommend correction procedures for each identified nonconformance

Repair

You use this mode to do the following:

  • View the failure information generated by the analysis operations

  • Perform the necessary repairs

Inspection

You use this mode to visually inspect and repair a material.

AR Combined

You use this mode to run an analysis and perform or recommend repair actions.
