CRM Coupling 

Use

If a CRM system is activated, the master data of the piece of equipment must be synchronized with the CRM system.

All changes, including historical changes, are transferred to the CRM system.

Prerequisites

The BTE connection (Business Transaction Event) is activated.

Features

When the actual history is replaced with the target history, the system checks if CRM coupling is activated.

If the answer is yes, the changes are transferred to the BTE interface.

Activities

The system documents the result of the check in the conversion log.
