 Deleting Items Locate this document in the navigation structure

Prerequisites

  • The document line item of the earmarked funds must be set to complete .

  • No reducing document may refer to the document line item.

  • The document cannot be in workflow.

  • You must be in the change function of a document.

Procedure

Select the document line item and choose   Edit   Delete items   in the detail screen

Result

The document line items are not physically deleted from the database. The program sets a deletion indicator. Then the document line items can no longer be displayed.
