Use

You can change a flight request as long as the flight has not been booked and it's status is open.

Prerequisites

You have created a travel request in the Planning Manager ,and copied a flight request into the travel plan.

Procedure

In the overview plan of all travel services choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Change with quickinfo Change Travel Plan (F6) for the relevant flight request.

Result

You can now modify your request data and start an availability query by choosing This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Avail. with quick info Flight Availability Query (F8). Add the changed flight request to your travel plan by choosing This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Copy with quickinfo Copy to Travel Plan (F2), or delete it by choosing This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Delete with quickinfo Delete Request (Shift+F9).

Note

To change a flight connection that has already been chosen (status prereserved, requested or – if you have not yet confirmed your flight selection within a specific time using Book - the status open), you have to cancel the flight request. You can then choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Flight with quickinfo Flight Request to choose a new flight connection.

To change a flight that has already been booked, cancel the flight and confirm the cancellation by booking the travel plan again.
