Screen Flow

These applications are composed of the following screens:

  • Overview

    The OVERVIEW screen provides you with a high-level view of the planning objects that are included in the planning book, data view, planning version combination that you specify in the GENERAL SETTINGS screen area. It also displays the key performance indicators (KPIs) and charts that you select in the OVERVIEW SETTINGS screen area. Using the Selection, you can view the KPIs and charts for a restricted group of planning objects, which helps you narrow down areas where you must investigate the planning situation further, and ultimately make changes in the planning.

  • Drill-Down View

    The DRILL-DOWN VIEW screen allows you to drill down into your planning objects and investigate the planning situation on a deeper level. You use the Drill-Down Sequence to specify the order in which you want to drill down to your planning objects. For more information, see Using the Drill-Down Sequence.

  • Detailed View

    On the DETAILED VIEW screen, you look at the planning situation of the planning objects on a more detailed level. You can display additional key figures and one additional KPI that you specify in the DETAILED VIEW SETTINGS screen area.

Settings

You can make the following settings in SAP Supply Chain Info Center:

General Settings

You must specify the following settings in the GENERAL SETTINGS screen area:

  • Planning book

  • Data view

  • Planning version

    Note Note

    In the Planning Book, Data View and Planning Version fields, you can only select the planning book, data view, planning version combinations that you have replicated from SAP APO to SAP HANA. For more information, see Replication of Planning Data.

  • Time horizon you want the system to calculate KPIs for

  • Display mode for planning objects

    You can define whether you want to display planning objects in the various charts of the applications by name or by description.

Settings for the OVERVIEW Screen

In the OVERVIEW SETTINGS screen area, you must specify the KPIs you want the system to display on the OVERVIEW screen.

Settings for the DRILL-DOWN VIEW Screen

In theDRILL-DOWN VIEW SETTINGS screen area, you must specify the KPIs you want the system to display on the Drill-Down View screen.

Settings for the DETAILED VIEW Screen

In the DETAILED VIEW SETTINGS screen area, you must specify the key figures you want the system to display in the charts of the Detailed View screen. You must also define the time horizon that you want the system to use when displaying the key figures.

Selection Settings

You can change selection items after clicking the Edit Selection Items button, and change the order of the selection items using the drag-and-drop technique.
