On the Access Control Owners screen, you can assign a user or group as the owner for selected delivered access control roles. For example, you can specify that John Employee is the Risk Owner. John now has the responsibilities associated with the role, which includes approving changes to risk definitions and violations of the risk. Risk Owners may also receive conflicting and critical action alerts.

You can use the Access Control Owners screen to complete the following tasks:

  • Create access control owners

  • Modify existing access control owners

  • Delete access control owners

  • Search for access control owners

  • Export results to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet
