Function documentationConfiguring Levels in Order Allocation Run Workbench Locate this document in the navigation structure

In Order Allocation Run Workbench, you can configure up to three different drill-down paths. Each path consists of three different levels and each level may consist of different key fields. The Path Level Identifier field determines paths for the ARun Workbench and the path hierarchy within the ARun Workbench type. You can attach a unique Path Level Identifier to an ARun Workbench type. You can use this parameter for the application area Requirements only.

You can configure levels for ARun Workbench in Customizing under   Logistics - General   SAP Fashion Management   Order Allocation Run (ARun)   ARun Workbench   ARun Workbench Control   Configure Levels  .

Example

If you do not assign any path level identifier in the ARun Workbench type, the default behavior is as follows:

  • Level 1: AUFNR

  • Level 2: AUFNR and POSNR

  • Level 3: AUFNR, POSNR and ETENR

In the ARun Workbench, when you are at level 1, the system displays one entry for each order.

When you drill down from level 1 to level 2, the system displays one entry for each combination of order number and item number.

On the third drill-down level, the system displays one entry for each combination of order/item/schedule line.
