You use the report generation tool in order allocation run Workbench to create selection reports for assignments and requirements.

The default report for assignments and requirements ensures adequate selection based on frequently used selection criteria. However, if you need reports with different or additional selection criteria, you can create these reports with the ARun Workbench report generation tool.

For example, suppose if you want to include the Customer Group 5 in the selection criteria. This field does not appear on the default selection screen. You therefore have to generate a new selection report for all the fields that you want to see in the selection report. You can then assign this new report to the desired ARun Workbench type.

Process

    Note Note

    • If you make an entry in the above fields and do not generate a report, the system displays and error message and the report is not generated.

    • If you do not make an entry in the above fields and generate a report, the report with only the default fields is generated.
