Assignment of Appointment Planners to Specific Carriers
You use this process to assign appointment planners for carriers to specific carriers.
An appointment planner for carrier requires both the authorizations included in the template role Appointment Planner for Carrier in Dock Appointment Scheduling
and the assignment to a carrier. If you assign only the authorizations without assigning a carrier, or only the carrier without assigning the authorizations, this can lead to errors. For more information, see Collaboration with Carriers.
Note
You must assign the appointment planner for carrier to exactly one carrier. You cannot assign the appointment planner for carrier to no carrier or to multiple carriers, even if this is possible in the business partner transaction.
