Result View
In the Execution Overview
screen area you see the transportation units (TUs) for which transportation planning has already been done. The data is displayed in a tree format. The data in the tree is displayed according to the user hierarchy settings.
You can select TUs with outbound delivery orders that are not directly assigned by their header, but by items or handling units. Since handling such TUs is not supported by the shipping cockpit, the system displays an error symbol in the Partial Assignment to TU
column. This column also displays a warning if some items or handling units in the outbound delivery order are assigned to a different TU. Since the delivery data in the Shipping Cockpit - Execution
is always displayed for the entire outbound delivery order, you should keep in mind that the data displayed may also include outbound delivery order items that belong to other TUs.
The data that is displayed in this screen area is aggregated from lower to higher hierarchy levels. Different types of data are aggregated differently. In some columns a “stars logic” is used; for example, if there is a TU that has two outbound delivery orders assigned to it and the outbound delivery orders have different routes, then the route for the TU is displayed as ***
. For the aggregation of quantities, such as weight and volume, the quantities are summed up over all levels. Specific aggregation logic is used for date aggregation. For example, to aggregate the goods issue dates of different outbound delivery orders, the earliest goods issue date is used.
In this screen area you also see progress fields for each TU and outbound delivery order. Progress fields help you to monitor the progress of the warehouse processes. For more information, see Progress Monitoring.
You can personalize this screen area according to your needs. For example, you can add or remove columns, and change column width and column order. You can save the view and use it as your default view.
