Creating an If-Then Rule 
You need to create an if-then-rule to capture the conditions and actions.

Locate the ruleset and in the context menu of the ruleset node, choose New Rule.

Locate the flow ruleset and in the context menu of the flow ruleset node, choose New Rule.

You can also choose the Add New Entries icon in the Outline view and in the menu that appears choose New Rule.

If you do not see the Outline view, choose .
In the dialog box that appears, expand the General node and choose Outline. Choose OK.
In the dialog box that appears, enter a name for the rule in the field. Choose OK.
In the Project Explorer view, you should see the rule node when you expand the Rules folder and the rule editor appears.
Note
You can also view the rule nodes in the Outline view.
If you have more than one rule, choose each rule node to view it in the editor. You can only view one rule at a time in the editor
