Procedure

Request your license key directly from the SAP Service Marketplace:

The Internet address http://service.sap.com/licensekey takes you to the initial page of the license key request. This page provides full information about the request process and a link to request license keys online.

Result

You now have all the data you need and can install the license in your system.
