Use
This iView allows the HR administrator to display an employee’s current salary compared with the internal specifications for his or her salary group, the compa-ratio to the reference salary, and the percentage position in the salary range. The data comparison is displayed in a graphic, thereby enabling the HR administrator to see at a glance whether the employee’s salary is above or below the reference salary.
