 Printing Correspondence and Reminders

Prerequisites

  • You have carried out an adjustment (user identification exists).

  • You have defined the standard letter and correspondence activity category

SAP delivers standard letters for rent adjustments. You can create your own standard letters (see Correspondence ).

Procedure

  2. Adjustment letter

    Approval reminder

    Choose this menu option if you have created the representative list of rents according to German standards

    Choose a relevant correspondence activity category

    Choose this menu option if you have created the representative list of rents according to the Dutch point system

    Choose a relevant correspondence activity category

    Prints a reminder for selected subject-to-approval rent adjustments for which a reminder has been sent to tenant but response not yet received

  3. Enter your selection criteria and choose Execute.

Result

The system prints the corresponding letters to the recipients of your choice.

The standard SAP letters inform the tenants about the planned rent adjustments.
