 Business Package for HR Administrator (mySAP ERP)

Use

Many routine HR tasks can be processed more efficiently and cost-effectively by dividing them between the employees in the HR department and those in the individual departments. It is important in cases where tasks are performed decentrally that HR administrators and other employees work with the same tools and user interfaces. This provides optimum support for the HR activities and the communication between all parties involved.

This business package provides user interfaces for HR administrators to carry out HR activities within HR Administrative Services (PA-AS) . The HR administrators in your company can use the business package to perform the following tasks:

  • Initiate, execute, and check HR processes such as hiring an employee or an organizational reassignment

  • Edit employees' master data

  • Run reports

  • Manage the Digital Personnel File
