Constraints
Credit memos for refunds are not generated unless the rental fees paid are the same as or higher than the price of the returnable packaging.
When credit or debit memo requests are canceled, the system does not reset the rental fees calculated, nor does it automatically create a new credit or debit memo request. Users must first delete the rental fees using the change mode of the fees report, and then create the credit or debit memo once again.
