Report Group Configuration

The Report Group Configuration allows you to create reports according to the needs of your business. You can define report groups that include various report types, and specify the query criteria and report options for each report. After creating these report groups, they appear as options in Report Macro menus for store opening and closing so reports are automatically generated, saved, and printed at store close or store open. After creating the report groups, you must select Report Macro options for store opening and closing to make them active.

Description	Description of the report group
Report Type	Type of report
Business Day	Type of business day is as follows: Current Business Day, Previous Business Day, Current Week, and Previous Week
Grouping	Grouping options are as follows: By Store, By Cashier, and By Terminal
Copies	Number of copies of the report to print Note To enable printing, you must also select the Report Macro print option for store opening and closing. For more information about this, see Store Operations. End of the note.
