Use

The following table lists the roles provided by enterprise workspaces:

  • Enables accessing workspaces

  • Intended for end users and for workspace system administrators

  • Required for creating shared and personal workspaces and mobile homepages

Personal Workspace Owner

Enables creating shared workspaces and mobile homepages

Workspace System Administration

workspaces_system_admin_role

Enables performing workspace system administration tasks, such as:

  • Managing and monitoring workspaces

  • Managing workspace templates

  • Adding styles to portal themes

  • Transporting workspaces and workspace templates

Workspace Content Administration

Enables creating module templates
