This section describes how to create a new KM (Knowledge Management) index for document lists in enterprise workspaces.
When upgrading your enterprise workspaces from a 1.0 version to a 1.1 version, you must apply the upgrade tool Enable KM Search for Document List Modules. For more information, see Upgrading Document List Modules to Enable KM Search.
In the portal, navigate to
.Choose Create.
Create a new index as follows:

Choose Create Index.
Choose Data Sources.
Choose Add.
Select workspaces.
Choose OK.
Choose Permissions, and replace the Everyone permission with the following enterprise workspaces roles:
workspaces_access_role ( Read permissions)
workspaces_personal_role ( Read permissions)
Choose Save.
After creating the index, you can monitor the status of the index using the Indexing Monitor. For more information, refer to the KM documentation.
It may take some time until the indexing is complete and you can use the search mechanism.
