In workspaces, various modules are available for you to use. The following modules are supplied by SAP. Your workspace administrator can choose not to provide these modules or to add additional modules.
You can upload and share any type of document in a Document List. All workspace members can display the documents. You can also collaborate on the documents with other members of the workspace.

Use the Text Pad module to create text and links that all members can view in a workspace. An editor with various formatting features is available for editing the text.

As a member of a workspace, you can see all other members in the Member List and contact them directly.

Use the Member Explorer module to see which other workspaces your members belong to.

Use the Enterprise Feed module to display an enterprise feed.

Use the Universal Worklist module to display your Universal Worklist tasks, and perform actions. By default, this module is for use only in a personal workspace.

If configured by your workspace administrator, in your personal workspace you can display and manage your SAP StreamWork activities .

You use the BEx Query module to access SAP Business Explorer and work with queries and templates.
