Managing Workspace Templates 
You can create templates for both shared and personal workspaces. A workspace template defines the content and structure of a workspace. When creating a shared workspace, you can select a template for the workspace. The list of available workspace templates is determined by your permissions. When creating a personal workspace, the default template is applied. In this manner, workspace templates enable you to enforce uniform standards for the workspaces in your organization.

The workspace templates are listed in separate tables, one for shared workspaces and another for personal workspaces. The actions you can perform, such as creating, editing, or deleting a template, are executed in the same manner for shared and personal workspaces. The only exception is setting the default template for personal workspaces, which is not relevant for shared workspaces.
