Transporting Module Templates 
You transport module templates in a separate transport package, because modules templates are not added to workspace transport packages.
We recommend exporting module templates before exporting workspaces.
Procedure
Use the portal transport feature to export the Module Templates folder, located at:
Portal Content 
Templates Workspace Templates
Modules 
(pcd:portal_content/templates/workspaces/modules)
Use the following settings for the transport package:
Resolve References: Yes
Transport Mode: data_and_acl
